Have Questions?
It’s natural to wonder whether health coaching is the right fit for you.
The real clarity comes through conversation — where your goals, challenges, and vision for wellness take center stage.
That’s why I offer a complimentary Discovery Call.
A relaxed, no-pressure space to connect and explore what’s possible.
Below are answers to a few common questions.
My coaching is for women and men who feel stuck in their health — struggling with low energy, stubborn weight gain, hormone imbalance, gut issues, or fatigue that doesn’t improve with rest.
Many have tried diets, workouts, or traditional care, yet still don’t feel like themselves. If your labs look “normal” but you know something isn’t right, and you’re ready to address root causes instead of chasing symptoms, you’re in the right place.
You create sustainable change at a pace that honors your life and your body — reclaiming steady energy and confidence along the way.
Primary care doctors are essential for diagnosis and medical treatment. My role as a Health and Nutrition Coach is complementary.
While medical care often focuses on managing symptoms, coaching focuses on the lifestyle patterns that influence how you feel every day. Together, you build sustainable habits around nutrition, stress, sleep, and daily routines that support long-term wellness.
Medical care treats.
Coaching equips.
Both matter — and together, they strengthen your health foundation.
A functional approach views your body as one interconnected system — not a collection of separate parts.
Instead of focusing only on symptoms, we explore the underlying imbalances that may be contributing to how you feel. That can include nutrition, stress, hormones, sleep, environment, and daily habits.
The goal isn’t just temporary relief.
It’s restoring balance at the root so your body can function the way it was designed to.
I offer dedicated 4-month and 7-month one-on-one coaching programs designed to create meaningful, lasting change.
Sustainable change doesn’t happen overnight. These programs give you the time and structure to identify patterns, implement meaningful changes, and refine your approach as your confidence and awareness grow.
You’re not handed a plan and left on your own. We work closely together so you have consistent support, guidance, and accountability — turning insight into sustainable habits that fit your life.
Yes, I can order functional lab testing when appropriate; however, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Testing can provide valuable insight into patterns that may be influencing your energy, digestion, hormones, or metabolic health. You review your results and explore how they relate to your nutrition, lifestyle, and daily habits — empowering you to make informed, intentional decisions.
If you’re also working with a healthcare provider, we collaborate within your care team to ensure your support remains aligned and within the scope of coaching.
No. You won’t be handed a rigid plan with rules to follow or foods to fear.
Instead, you’ll learn how to understand your body’s signals and make food choices that support your energy, digestion, and overall well-being. Together, you create a way of eating that aligns with your biology, preferences, and lifestyle.
The goal isn’t perfection — it’s confidence.
You build the skills, awareness, and self-trust to nourish your body in a way that feels sustainable and empowering long after our work together ends.
If you’ve tried multiple approaches without lasting results, it’s completely understandable to feel discouraged.
Many programs offer generic advice or quick fixes. This process is different because it centers on you — your history, your patterns, your body. You take time to understand what’s truly influencing your symptoms and make informed, intentional adjustments based on meaningful insight, not guesswork.
Lasting change happens when you strengthen both your habits and your mindset. Sustainable health is built on awareness, consistency, and growing confidence in your body’s ability to respond.
Your body is still capable of change.
And your next chapter can look different from your last.
We meet virtually, allowing you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
You’ll have regularly scheduled one-on-one sessions (typically 45–60 minutes) where you review your progress, reflect on what’s working, and adjust your plan as needed. If you’re utilizing lab testing, you’ll use that insight to guide thoughtful next steps.
Between sessions, you’ll have support and accountability to help you stay consistent and confident as you implement changes.
Virtual coaching offers flexibility without sacrificing connection — so you can build momentum wherever you are.
As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I am working toward becoming eligible to accept insurance in the future.
At this time, health coaching is generally considered a wellness service rather than medical treatment and is not typically covered by standard insurance plans. However, many HSA and FSA programs do reimburse for health coaching services. I encourage you to check directly with your provider to confirm your specific benefits.
Many clients view coaching as an investment in their long-term health — addressing underlying patterns and building sustainable habits that support lasting well-being.
Documentation of services can be provided upon request for reimbursement purposes.
The Discovery Call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed for connection and clarity.
You’ll have space to share your health story, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to change. I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and explain how my coaching process works.
Together, we’ll explore whether we’re a good fit and whether my program aligns with your goals and needs.
There’s no obligation — just an opportunity for you to gain insight, ask questions, and decide your next step with confidence.
Michelle was great when reaching out regarding my health. She was quick to respond, and helped simplify the overwhelming amount of supplements I was taking from a previous nutritionist. She's also a great listener and realist when it comes to staying on course in a world where you are constantly being tempted to "cheat". This might not sound like much, but it helps to have someone in your corner when you're doing a big shift in your lifestyle change.
